We were driving across Wales and eventually ended up near the point where the Celtic and Irish seas meet. I saw a group of children playing hide-and-seek among the massive stones of a Neolithic monument. I tied that image into a series of other ideas and recorded some thoughts about the things that you don't see in our photographs of that holiday. That audio essay became my contribution to the BBC Radio 4 show, The Art of Now: Inbox, an eclectic mix of prose, poetry, satire, music and natural audio hosted by Jo Neary and produced by Kevin Core. The contributions from listeners ranged from touching to hilarious. I'm honored to have been part of the innovative program.
